#Techvelopment Mingle: Innovation for Sustainable Development

Technology adoption is speeding up, changing the ways in which we work towards a better world. Innovations are a vital tool for humanitarian and development organizations constantly searching for solutions to reach a world where no one is left behind.

How can innovations and new technology help us reach the Sustainable Development Goals?

As part of the Techvelopment Spring event series, the UN World Food Programme (WFP) and UN Women invite you to a #Techvelopment mingle – an evening about innovation and technology in the field of humanitarian and development work. Speakers are Anne Poulsen, Director of WFP’s Nordic Office and Caroline Rusten, Director of UN Women’s Nordic Office.

The #Techvelopment mingle is part of the week-long WFP exhibition Technology, Innovation and the End of Hunger. This event is co-hosted by UN Women and WFP.

The event takes place on Thursday 25 April in UN City Copenhagen. Doors open at 17:00 and the event will start at 18:00. Please note that we have limited capacity.
